"Process, Proof, Print" Exhibit - Printmakers Show at Creative Arts Workshop

Creative Arts Workshop (CAW) in collaboration with the Printmakers’ Network of Southern New England (PNSNE) presents Process • Proof • Print, a gallery exhibition featuring the works of CAW faculty and PNSNE artists. The exhibition on display at CAW's Hilles Gallery located at 80 Audubon Street, showcases the printmaking artwork of 29 accomplished artists featuring traditional and contemporary process techniques such as relief, intaglio, silkscreen, monoprints, collagraphs, photo transfers, and lithographs. 

The show which runs from September 6 - 28, will offer printmaking demonstrations, workshops, and gallery talks to reveal the wizardry that goes into creating a transferred image. These free events and paid workshops are designed to encourage the public to explore the art of printmaking--an ancient art form and one of the oldest methods of reproducing media.

All are invited to experience printmaking magic at one or more of the events planned by the participating artists. Registration is required to participate in one of the twelve free demonstrations or two paid workshops planned for September 7-8; and September 13-14, 2024.
